When will we fell happy? Everyone has different answers but all have the same rule:when the desires are satisfied. In economics terms, this is when the supply meet the demand, Yin-Yang balanced. Let us investigate what are the spectrum of possibilities by employing the Taichi Yin-Yang system theory.

When will we be happy?

1. getting what we desire (the Balanced state)求得所慾 .20% of the time on average?

When will we be unhappy?

1.association with something that one does not like(Evil Yin) 怨憎會苦

2. disassociation with something that one does like(transition from Balanced state to all the otherstates)愛別離苦

3. not to get what one desires (all the Hot states)求不得苦
4. desire the impossibles 生老病死苦苦

Therefore the truth is that we suffer almost 80% of the time! We have been deceived for all our lives!

Dear system scientists,

During the ISSS conference, we have our planetary speaker Dr Pamela Buckle talked about the second brain in our body. Then we have Mr T. Ariyaratne from Sri Lanka talked about achieving peace and harmony within ourselves. He introduced the technique of observing our natural breath by sitting up, keep the neck and the back straight, close the eyes and use the nose to observe the breathing in and breathing out naturally. This is the systemic way to communicate between our two minds and achieve peace and harmony within ourselves. Rules:

1. This is to be played in a quiet hall or room suitable for meditation.
2. Participants must agree to stay for the entire hour, observing noble silence and should maintain segregation of males and females with no physical contact.

花膠煲猪腱

材料 : 花膠 , 猪腱 1 ( 要出水) ,5片蓮子,芡實,淮山,黨參,沙參,玉竹,杞子,(4 ) 蜜枣 (6)

 做法 : 先落水將薑片煲滾,再將猪腱,花膠 ,蓮子,芡實,淮山,黨參,沙參,玉竹,杞子,(4 ) 蜜枣 (6) ,2.5 小時 , 下鹽調味便可。

一般平性體質適用,請先向你的中醫師請教!

 

紅燒海參

 紅燒海參

浸發海參、浸發冬菇 115克、薑 2片、蒜蓉 1茶匙、蔥段適量

生抽1 1/3 湯匙、老抽1/2湯匙、糖1/3茶匙 , 芝麻油1/2茶匙、胡椒粉少許

炆海參調味料: 2片、蔥 2條、紹酒 1茶匙

炆冬菇調味料: 蠔油 2湯匙、水 1

粟粉 1茶匙、水 1湯匙

1.海參切件及洗淨,燒熱油,加入炆海參調味料,注入適量清水,再放入海參,煮約5分鐘,過冷河,隔水備用。

2.燒熱油,爆香薑片,蒜蓉及冬菇炒香,下炆冬菇調味料,轉小火煮約20分鐘。

3.放入海參,調味料炒勻,再煮約5分鐘至汁液剩1/2杯,埋芡加蔥段炒勻,即可上碟。

北菇瑶柱炆海參

 北菇瑶柱炆海參 (份量和調味可因應多少自由調味)

主 料:北菇2兩(約80克),水發海參8兩(約320克),瑶柱 (3)( 發好) ,3片,蔥2條,紹酒1茶匙,生粉1/2茶匙,生油2湯匙,上湯1/2杯。

配 料:調味料:鹽1/2茶匙,生抽2茶匙,蠔油1湯匙,糖、胡椒粉、麻油各少許。

做 法:

1、把一半薑、蔥與小半鍋清水煲滾,放入海參同煮片刻,晾乾水後切厚片候用。

2、北菇用清水浸軟,剪去菇蒂,蔥一條切蔥度。

3、起鑊,燒熱二湯匙油,爆香剩下的薑、蔥,加入紹酒,放入海參和北菇,瑶柱 , 加入上湯及調味料用慢火

炆約10分鐘,用生粉加水埋芡後上碟完成。
