image我們的身體記憶裏邊充滿了不同數量的慾望,憎惡,不安,與智慧的念頭,隨時因應食物與環境的人事物而令”念”起來。這是”因緣和合”而生,不受我們控制,不用害怕了,怕也沒用。如果沒有發覺這些念頭的生起,就會一直困在他們裏邊,這才是最可怕的!所以我們要努力盡早察”覺”這些念頭,不要被他們控制,看清楚他們的真相,智慧就是這樣生起的,痛苦就是這樣衰敗的。努力努力 :)

The memories in our body and mind are full of different kinds of thoughts, including desires, dislikes, agitations, and wisdom. They may arise due to food intake and/or matters happened in the environment. They are the result of cause and effect, and the integration of timing, location and people. Hence, what arise are totally out of control of the present mind, and there is no need to be afraid of, and it is also useless to have fear. However, if we are not aware of the rise of these thoughts, we will be trapped inside them and this is the real fear. Therefore, we should try our best with our present mind to aware of these thoughts when they arise, and not being controlled by them. By realising the true impermanence nature of the thoughts, wisdom will arise, suffering will decay. Work hard ^o^

憎人富貴厭人窮,一切源於我們心中的三種狀態:貪欲、憎恨、無知。要走出困局,必須啟動我們心中的第四種狀態:智慧。

啟動智慧的三步曲:覺悟之路

Level 1 Beginner 初級:保護自己。不要說出這些不當的說話,免生口業先傷害自己再傷害別人。聽到別人說這些說話時,避而不答,離開現場,免生正面衝突。

Level 2 Advanced 中級:集中精神。被人中傷或心裏想中傷他人時,集中精神到其他地方。當然集中之處一定要是善良的事物。

Level 3 Expert 高級:接受原諒別人,接受原諒自己。接受就是接過身體與心靈生出的感受。從而親身體會貪欲、憎恨、無知的真面目,智慧就是這樣覺悟的。

什麼都不做可以嗎?
這樣我們只會墮入貪欲、憎恨、無知之四個陷阱中,不斷鑽牛角尖,週而復始無了期!
陷阱一:貪戀別人的讚賞,希望人人都系覺得自己系完美的,最後當然系求不得而失望。。。
