配合排毒過程的清肝利膽的食療 rrrhh 排毒的其中一個主要出口是肝臟系統(包括肝膽、神經系統等等)和脾臟系統(包括脾臟、胰臟、胃腑、十二指腸等等)。當內毒厲害的時候,排毒可能會令到出口發炎。這個時候可以多食一些清肝利膽的食物,但必須一直監察身體的感覺與表現,過度服用可能引致肝膽過涼而出現身體疲勞,沒精打采。 記得進行食療前後均應諮詢中醫師專業意見。這裡的資訊只是經驗分享。歡迎轉載,但請注明出處。願你放下心結,早日康復,運動有恆,健康快樂。 早餐前空腹:青檸檬或黃檸檬汁。成分為三片加200ml和暖清水,應該比口溫稍高,喝下去覺得有一股暖流從喉嚨下流至胃部。如果不習慣空腹,餐後也有效。 午餐前空腹:酸梅湯。成分為山楂,烏梅,陳皮,生甘草等等。也是一樣和暖服用。如果不習慣空腹,餐後也有效。 正餐配搭:半熟苦瓜+全熟苦瓜、油麥菜、生菜、牡蠣(熟蠔)、青瓜。 湯水配搭:玉米全條連鬚連心、黃瓜、 牡蠣殼 茶水:蒲公英
